Dependent I485

My spouse already filed the I485.I am filing my I485 application under derivative status for spouse.Part3 B to list present husband/wife, I am including my spouse name. But under applying with you, will I have to mark yes or no, as my spouse already applied.

to ask a lawyer. Since its been a while that I've applied, I don't remember what was marked. I would think you would check yes, as she hasn't been approved yet, and hence you are actually applying together?
