dependent approval

I just got my 485 approved on 1/20/05 and my ND is 11/03. I had added my spouse to my 485 application on 9/04.

Any ideas when we can expect her 485 approval. She has not even received her FP notice yet...so that maybe a sign. But what 'processing date' do we go by for her case? Is it when they are working on cases past 11/03 or past 9/04?

Did u try to take her with u when ur FP was called?

many ppl got sucess,

if you have FP copy just walk-in with ur stamped i-155 and request that if she can go FP, its weird but nothing to loose to try.

My FP was done before I added her to my 485 application. can i still go in with my FP notice and the I-551 stamp in passport and get her FP done? and how will they 'tie-it' in to her application?

there is one more issue. we did not submit her medicals at the time of filing her 485...so we are expecting a RFE on that.

Plz share how did u added her name in ur pending pettition? or u mean u just submit her 485 after marry?

Take with u enough evidence like her 485 pettition copy+ur with her name added, marriage cerf, what else.... ummm ur IDs that enough proof that she is ur spouse. and immidiate relative and benificiary of ur pettition.

its not the issue, I believe when FP is done and name check is done, file is ready to put on special rack to process, when officer analysis and find the mandatory evidence is missing that trigger RFE. issuing FP is schedualed procedure and trigger automaticaly in many cases, but not necessary.
