Dependency - WOM

Hi All,

Has anybody received 2nd finger printing, without having name check cleared.??
Is there any kind of dependency ?? Are there lot of people with name check pending. What is WOM. Will it help to solve NC issue ?

It will very soon. The visa numbers are very limited and country specific. Maybe in a month or so we could expect it to retrogress. Keep yours hopes up.
 
I think we shud worry about NC and not PD... because even if it retrogress it wud not go back to 2001... for India EB2 atleast... i wud not hope so...
Lets hope we all get approved in these two months.
