Hello,
I am currently working in US on an L1B visa. My mother in law is in US with us on a dependant visa. She joined us here on June 2008 and will be with us till Dec 2008 ( 6 months ).
Now, since my wife got pregnant we'll need her help as the due date is around May 2009. If my mother in law returns to India by Dec 2008, can she come back again by Feb or Mar 2009 ? Or how long does she have to be out of US before coming back into the country ?
Pls advice !
