Departure date on tourist passport differs from date on electronic form I-94.

Dear sir,I landed in USA on 3rd.July-2013 on Indian passport.The departure date put on my passport is not visible but
the year is 2013,when I took out printout of my electronic I-94, there the departure date is 2nd.Jan.-2014.so can I stay in USA up to 2nd.Jan-2014.

date on passport and the departure date(admitted up to) on my I-94 form (electronic copy) is 2ND.Jan-2014.
which date is legal to stay me in USA,passport date or I-94 date.

Passport date should be the admittance date. I-94 shows the deadline for departure. So you should rely on I-94.
 
It is common to allow a visitor to stay for 6 months, so yes, Jan 2nd 2014 is your last day to leave per the I-94.
