Denver DOL

Hi there!!
I was looking For Regional Processing Times at the followig site..
http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp

For Denver, the processing time for "Regular Permanent" is listed as N/A.(not applicable). what does this mean, how to know how long (estimate) it will take for Federal Labor in Denver under "Regular Permanent".

Denver DOL might process your case or send it to Dallas DOL. It depends on the case - if SESA reccomends it as LPR (Limited Process Review) it will probably go to Denver DOL and be approved in 2-3 month.

According to my Attorey only few cases (suspicious?) go to Dallas DOL and if they do, usually they have no or little chance of beeng approved.
