Let us start tracking labor applications in Denver DOL. Mine was recently forwarded (in July) from Utah SESA. Has anyone whose application reached Denver DOL in July been certified?

Hello,
good to know that ur case has been forwarded to denver.when was ur case filed with state .mine is in firstweek of march(utah).and how did u come to know that ur case has been forwarded to denver.did ur lawyer informed you.
thanks
js.

My lawyer told me that it should have been forwarded. She said that there was no receipt issued by Denver that they have recd application from SESA.

Hi, today my manager told me that my "state" LC(submitted May 2002) has moved forward to Denver for "federal" LCprocessing. I guess thats good news. :p

My lawyer informed me on friday (15th August) that my Labor Application was certified by DOL Denver. I wish you guys all the best.

What a surprise news I got today! My LC has been approved by Denver(Aug26,2003). It was submitted for colorado "state" processing on May 2002, then forwarded to Denver for regional processing on Aug15 2003, and it was approved on Aug26, 2003. I was lucky because if my case were to be sent to Dallas, it could've been a lot worse. 2 more steps to go, I-140 and CP before the end of constant emotional suffering and stress. Good luck to you all.

RIR or non-RIR

Can you guys tell us if your case is RIR or non-RIR
I am trying to see which applications are being sent to Dallas.

wow, after reading California threads this seems a breeze. Can't wait to start fresh from here. Any cautions should I take ?

Denver AVM

Guys,

I am trying to access the AVM for the last 2 weeks. Everytime I try it keeps ringing for ever. Did anyone of you had good experience with AVM in the last couple of weeks? Just wondering.. I am also looking for a number where I can call and complain on AVM's functionality.

Important thread

Moderators,
After seeing all those nicely named threads for different SESA's & DOL's, Don't you think you should mark this 'Denver' DOL thread "Important" so that it does't get drowned among the other threads.
Thanks in Advance
