I am looking for other individuals who have had their I-485's denied. I am specifically looking for those that will share their denial letters. I'm looking into "cookie cutter" verbiage. Anyone want to share???
I was also denied I485 in October of 2004.I have been playing phone tag with USCIS for the past few weeks trying to get answers to quite a few questions.Most of my interim documents including GC and drivers licence will be expiring very soon.What steps have you taken?What steps can you recommend I take?I currently live in New York State.Any information you could share with me would be greatly appreciated.
