Denied entrance into the US how to clear the name???

Since 1995 have had no problem with entrance visas (b1-b2), never overstayed or have any convictions etc. Since 2001 till 2005 lived in the US on I-20, and after in 2002 after my “ex” applied for adjustment of status, got approval for GC and other work papers, before 5 days for interview in 2005 on getting the green card, due to our irrevocable breakdown left the US and surrounded my GC, and never objected it due to no reason for permanent living in the US.

In 2007 due to my business got new b1/2, since that time went 3 times to the US for short trips (up to 4 weeks), had no problems whatsoever.

Few days ago traveling by land (Buffalo) was held and removed from the US on 212 (a) (7) (A) (i) (I), voluntarily withdraw my application instead of being deported. Guy said that I permanently live in the US which is highly not true at all!

After they checked my bag they found out two new cars registered on my name, several credit cards, US DL, 4 checking accounts with large amounts and business registered in the US – all stuff is legal and use for my business running outside of the US, but however with the same name as in the US.

Also they say their system shows that my GC case is not closed, however I have never received any docs from my “ex” except only the one saying if I wont object the cancellation notice from former INS for my GC it would be closed and I wont be able to proceed with that in future.

Currently I am happily married for 4 past years and have 20 months baby, have good house, job, etc.

If it would be no business necessity for that trip will never go the US. They used
handcuffs, chain, and prison vehicle to bring me back into Canada like a criminal.
All proper documents I have had, not crazy going with out passport and visa. They issued I-275 and gave it to me.

Now is a question: how I can clear my name in their system? Don’t want even to ask for new visa, because going to be a Canadian citizen soon, so there is no reason for a new visa. However don’t want to have any stupid bad records. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

no responds up to know. Shoud I go to the US consulate and bring them that form along with my affidavit, or seat and do nothing...Also, after I get my canadian citizenship and if I will travel to the US will this visa cancelation affect me?

what exactly your intent was? People usually dont own companies on B1-b2 with "large amounts" LOL If they let you go, you are free, apply for a new visa if you wish, but be prepared for explanations al the time you will cross border.
I want do anything at this point.
