I maried my wife in december 2003, feb 2004 we had the interview.
In short we had trouble finding a sponsor since both of us were still in college back then.
Now my wife is a school teacher in nyc, i graduated last month with ba degree
But our case was denied because we did not have a sponsor.
Finally i found a sponsor, did the appeal form, it has been almost 3 months,
This time all the paperwork should be sufficient.
Does anyone know how long is the wait time for an appealed case from albany ny.?
They told me about 6 months, i`m not sure whether this is 6 months from the time i appelaed or something else
We apperciate any help/advice you can give us.
