Denied additional TN at Champlain...Help please

I have been on TN status since April 10, working as an RN for the state of New york. I have been asked by Columbia university to do some part time teaching work. Their nursing students do practicums on the unit where I am already a head nurse. I was denied this second position because "it's too administrative, not really nursing, doesn't meet the terms of NAFTA RN positions". I used an identical letter from my first TN but changed the job duties. The job description clearly stated "RN required for....". They told me to have it rewritten but wouldn't tell me what was wrong or what to fix. Before I make another 10 hour trip does anyone have any ideas that might help? Many thanks
 
You orColumbia should seek professional advise on the letter. Typically, most of the TN professions can be used for teaching. The officer basically told you this.

So get a TN lawyer to fix the letter.
