Hi,

CA Service senter : On H-1 transfer, I got an RFE. We replied to the RFE with the correct, requested evidence. Unfortunately, the H1 got denied. The reason mentioned in the notice was that we did not provide the required document. We did provide this document, may be the officer has overlooked?

We are actually replying to this denial notice asap.
1. Can any one tell me if all the requested information is submitted what are the chances of getting the H1 approved?
2. its already 6 months since this loop of H-1 transfer started. How much more time it would take to get this issue resolved

Wish some of you might have answers :(

Thanks

---- your lawyer can answer this question better becase we dont know what was RFE and what USCIS asked and what your lawyer submited

There are some ignorent lawyers out there who do not have good knowledge on immigration laws and do not understand what the RFE is asking for. If your lawyer is one of them then better get a good attorney.

Apply for MTR (Motion to re-open) and provide full evidence they asked for.
