Denial cases tracking

This thread is for keeping track of PERM denial cases. Please share your information on denial reasons, follow-up actions and the date taking the action.

Follow-up actions can be
1) appeal to BALAC ?
or 2) request for reconsideration to CO?
or 3) file a new PERM case ?
or 4) other actions?

My PERM case was filed on 08/10/2005 and got denied two weeks after, due to a mis-calculation in PWD. My attorney and myself all believe it is a bug in PERM system. I wonder if anyone had similar experience, and am grateful to anyone who can share your opinion on which followup action I should take.

My case was submitted on late August, and on this past Monday my lawyer found it is automatically denied by computer. The reason is that one newspaper ad was published on Saturday (there is no Sunday version for this local newspaper). Do you guys know how to address this issue?

How about other newpapper? Where is your job location?
 
My employer is going to put another ad on this coming Sunday on another newspaper. But we have to wait a certain period (30 days?) to resubmit the case. 2 months has been wasted.

Assume you are from China/India... As long your are not going to file 485 before 10/1/05, two months, three months really don't matter at all.
 
What if EB2 gets rejected?

Hi Guys,

Please excuse me if I am going off the topic.

I was wondering what is the next step if a person gets denied in EB2.

Can he refile in EB2 or EB3? If yes, what effect does earlier denial has on his application?
