If your 2 FP, security/name check is done and RFE response is submitted then you should receive your approval within 30 days of RFE receipt date by USCIS.

It has been very frustrating lately as i'll be finishing my 7th year H-1B in 1 month and i just don't want to file for 8th year :confused: :mad:

Here are my details.
1991-1996(F-1 Student Visa)
1996-2004(H-1B)

I had a 2nd fp in aug 2003, checks status is done? and no RFE so i guess dengdeng's theroy does not apply here.
 
Does DengDeng theory work in this scenario

There are many people with a reverse order than suggested by DengDeng.

Will dengdeng theory work if candidates had received and responded RFE in Jan 04, FP 2 done on April 20? The order is reverse, first RFE and then FP2. However dengdeng suggests FP2 and then RFE should get approved in 30 days from receipt of RFE response.
