No longer wait wait. My case is approved today!!!! Yahooo!!!

I had a RFE issued on Jan 26/2004(employment letter and pay stubs), I replied it in early Feb. Today it's approved. More prove my theory a RFE will be approved in exact 30 days.

Timeline
RD 12/18/2001
First FP 3/14/2002
Second FP 10/5/2003(after contact congressman)
RFE issued 1/26/2004
RFE received 2/6/2004
Approved 2/26/2004

I'm very happy that one of our active members case was approved eventhough after the long wait.

I don't care about the new line. As long as it's approved, it's fine!

Next month they will shift TPS resources to work on 485, we'll see more approvals. Hanging there!
