Its regarding the stamping of H1 visa. Currently i am holding indian passport and is in UK on work permit and WP is valid till Nov' 06
I was in touch with the US embassy for the required documents and during conversation it was hinted that I should have a strong reason to come back to UK instead of India as visa is being stamped from england.
If this is the case then is it more appropiate to get it stamped from india after getting change the place (which is currently UK) of stamping.
Is it possible to go to the Delhi consulate for stamping since that is my home country. Do i need to make changes in the document as well since current place of stamping is the UK.
