Delays in I-485 processing

Here is what I would like to guess, correct me if wrong.

245(i) eligible people\'s effect on 485 processing, mosty visible to TSC and CSC as more people are eligible or waiting for this kind of laws, belong to southern states. It may have some effect on NSC, and could be minimal on VSC.

The order of effect of 245(i) on I-485 processing times

1. TSC
2. CSC
3. NSC
4. VSC

I think New York comes under VSC, in which case, because of 245i VSC will also be affected heavily (may be ranked after CA).
