Delay issuing 2nd FP due to unnecessary 3rd FP's

The unnecessary 3rd FP generated due to computer glitch, has caused delays in issuing 2nd FP's for those who are waiting since their 1st FP expiry. Since issuing FP based on the local Application Service Center which is already overbooked with 3rd FP. I think those who are waiting for 2nd FP’s especially April, May, Jun 2002 RD has to wait 1 or 2 more extra months for 2nd FP and 2 more extra months for their approval.

As per your calculations, looks like my my 1st FP (June 2002) was done late being a (485) Jan 2002 RD. I don't see many jan 2002 485 filers who have not received their 2nd FP.
What do you think?
