I have filed for Green card (my wife is US Citizen and . I am on legal visa in US.). I got the interview call on March 21, 2007. I asked to re-sechdule 6 weeks beforehand, but the local office (Newark, NJ) denied my I-130 and asked us to appeal the decision, which we did in June 7th, 2008. So far, we have not heard anything. So far, what we have is a cash register receipt from INS and nothing else. I wrote to Sentor, but got the reply that they will look into our case with 45 days. It is over 7 months since appealed. Nothing happened as yet.
Can I file a case in a Federal Court? How can I do it? What forms I should use if any?
Before filing the case, can i write to general councle? or any one who can help?
