Delay in I-140 Approvals from Vermont

Hi,

My I-140 is applied from Vermont in Nov'05.
Till now there is not even a Single LUD.

People who have applied later(infact same company) got approvals.

I am not sure the reason for this delay..

Did any one has pending since Nov'05???

Please share your thoughts.

I guess your lawyer can enquire abt ur case..

Did he do it??

Don't worry

Don't worry I am waiting since Aug'05.
My lawyer has now opened a inquiry with USCIS.
 
My Lawyer called today...they asked to wait till the dates move to Dec 14th 2005 before they place inquiry.


Jazz..please update once u get an update from INS.
