Delay in filing EAD

I am on an H1B visa, valid till Nov 2011. I also had an EAD & AP and was scheduled to file for extension by mid oct 2010. Due to job transfer and other issues, I lost sight of my extension and did not send it in on time. It is mid Nov now and I am planning to send this in the next day or so. Can someone tell me the impacts of my delay in filing my EAD & AP extension? Any help is much appreciated.

The H1-B itself is valid authorization for work and travel. As long as your H1-B is valid you don't need the EAD or AP. If you keep them, just in case the H1-B is not renewed, you still have plenty of time to renew the EAD and AP. Do it when convenient.
