I filed my labour on august 13 2002.My employer doesnot give me any more details.He says that he will inform me after it is compleated.He says he has done in EB2 RIR.When can I expect my Labour certified.Any replies in this regard will be appriciated.
I think you should get completed anytime from now coz Delaware is processing the cases received till August. So I wish you should be completing ur process within a month.All the best !!!

do you think my papers would have gone from Delaware SESA to Phili DOL.will my lawer receive any notification regarding this.And one more question.If the labour is cleared in SESA for the person who filed on 23rd august, do you think mine would have also been cleared.Do they go by date or anyother criteria?tahnks a lot love 2002.
