Hello

during consult with a lawyer she told me that my Indian bachelor degree is not a 4 year degree and hence won’t qualify as bachelor degree for the application. Have you encountered this before?
I also have a masters degree.. not sure if that can be added to the bachelors.. any experiences?

also- the quickest way to get evaluation done which is accepted by the officers?

thanks!

I got my bachelors evaluated from University of Toronto, they gave equivalency to 3 Years Bachelors Degree, then I went back and added my Master Degree too, then based on both, they gave 4-years bachelors degree equivalency

I tried both 3 years equivalency and 4 years equivalency, I had no issues at the border.

Thanks for sharing! How long was the process?

I did it few years back, then, it took about 2 months - not sure, how long its taking now, heard its bit longer these days

Also, you can try WES also - read few experiences in this forum, officers insisting on having it from University of Toronto, however, WES should work too
