I got my bachelor's degree outside US. My LC required bachelor's degree. Does anyone know where I can get my bachelor's degree certified so that it is acceptable for I-140 purpose

Search for "foreign credential evaluation" in Google and you will get links to firms that evaluate your educational background with respect to US degrees.
