How is STEM defined? I think this needs to be well defined prior to the implementation if the bill gets passed somehow. Otherwise it might create lots of chaos. I know STEM means Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. But does Science include both natural science and social science? Does Tech include MIS, Statistics, and etc? Terms are very vague and it needs quite a bit of interpretation. I guess those immigration lawyers will get real creative by that time... :rolleyes:

Dont worry. USCIS will make rules, once the bill become law.

Does that mean if this bill gets passed Guys who have masters in related field
and have more than three years of experience and 485 pending. Does USCIS approve there 485 even though there priority date is not current
 
nobody has the official definition yet. USCIS might know :)
