Although my case was assigned around Last week of January & still same message. Processing resumed on Dec 29

IIO\'s dont either know what they are doing/saying or the system is crazy. My avm says pending review - I asked IIO she says this is same as processing resumed - I dont believe this.

I asked her about background check she says \'FBI report okay there fore all is okay\'

But she is not supposed to reveal case assigned or not

I think maybe I will come in which category
the first batch of approvals .... the second batch.... the third batch...

I dont know

Best thing to do is keep waiting

Talked to an IIO on friday , she said case not yet assigned to an officer but got approved on monday . I suggest just hang on and you will get approved .
