December Interview Dates Announced??

I'm not sure if you can expedite - presumably that would imply trying to get an interview before your number is published? I can't see them agreeing to that.

The cases I referred to both wanted to delay their interviews as it suited them to enter the US later. They weren't even asked for reasons.
 
Hi dears, i have friend who is Dv 2014 winner he has a strange story and i want your advise, he tried so many times to immigrate by different ways, some by illegal way by sea, some other by travelling to turkey then move to italy, and so many another ways, he issued 7 passport for this purpose, one of his tries was by traveling to turkey then move to italy as i mentioned , by he caught in turkey by the police and got prison for 18 days there, the question is, does all his tries and his got arrested will affect on his winning and getting visa, does consular will have information about all his story, i don't know how but it just question to you!
he is worry and need a trusted advice.

I don't know. What I would suggest is as soon as the VB with your number is published, call the embassy and see if they can move you forward, although they will probably already be fully assigned - I wouldn't count on it. In any case it will probably only be a matter of maybe a couple of weeks, will it really make such a difference?

If you are saying you would prefer to get an early December date, then that might be possible (although not by any means certain). If however you want an October or November date I would say that is not likely. I'd be very surprised if they would do that, even for a good reason such as yours. Still as Hexa says - why not have a go - as Hexa says, the worst they can say is NO.

I've H1B for 2.5 years but non-profit organization so it can't be transferred to profit organization. I chose CP over AOS for faster processing. And also at that time H1B quote was filled so this was only way to go...
