Although, my RD is Oct, my ND is December!! Rumor has it that INS is processing the cases based on ND. I dont know whther I'm counted as a December filer or not

why fingerprint result always pending review

First FP way back in March, redone in May.
INS message still says FP result pending review since March. Checked with INS in May and was told not sure why the message didn't change. Very weird!

You were already informed to wait upto 540 days...
You can start frustrating after that ....
