Hey,

Starting this thread to track dates and information for the December bulletin. I know folks get some advance information (through Manila site, various embassy web sites etc).

It would be nice if people can post that information here so as to get a consolidated list of dates/information from various sources.

Also any predictions welcome!!! :-)

I guess somewhere March or April 1998,

Though I wish prediction for 2002 comes true
 
Hope it is good news but I doubt!!!

I doubt USCIS will move the dates drastically!!! December is generally a month where most govt. office get little done with the holidays and all. So I doubt that USCIS will move dates drastically and hereby avoid raising out expectations.

My guess it early 2000 is the best we can expect the dates to move to. Maybe January 2000.

I have noticed that whenever the bulletin is released late that means there is trouble. when it is released on time ie 10th of the month then means there is some good new. Hopefully the December bulletin is released on the 10th and there is good news for all of us!!!
 
Waiting for some good news!!!

Waiting for some good news in December's bulletin!!! With the retrogression bill passing in Senate and almost there in terms of the Congress I hope USCIS finally rewards us with good news today (or by the end of the week!! give them a couple of days to see the final shape and form of the bill that will pass).

My fingers are crossed :- )

I am not counting on the dates moving this quickly due to the congress bill. I hope it gets cleared and turned into law by the next bulletin but its too late for Dec bulletin.

Lets hope there is some decent movement irrespective of the bill.
 
The bills will definitely have any effect on Dec bulletin. However if they move at a good pace it will be an added bonus.
