update

hey guy's just got a noa today to appear for initial interview
on friday,april 17th 2009 at:11:05 AM.
got letter but were is my ead i hope i get it soon ....

02/14/09: Advance Parole received (approved 02/09)
02/20/09: EAD card received (approved 02/09)
02/20/09: Interview letter recieved
03/26/09: Interview scheduled

EAD processing is done at National Benefits Center. My FP was on 12/27, EAD approved on 02/09 and received on 02/20. You FP is 01/08, so add those many days.

When it comes to Interview, local DO matters and also since you have RFE, it might be little delayed, but I still think April time frame of interview is realistic.

happy for you . did you receive both the same day.
do you think mine is taking longer because i got a rfe.i wonder how much longer i got set back.

I think you should be getting EAD anytime now. Your RFE was for medical exam(I-485), which has been answered, your case has resumed and you have interview appointment already, so I don't think RFE is issue anymore.

Your FP is 3 days after me so expect EAD soon. Interesting thing is my online case status still says received and pending and LUD was 01/05. Just hang in one more week.
 
i hope so because i have a job offer but i need to get my drivers license first.
i don't know how long they will wait for me.:(
 
Update

i just got my ead today very very happy .
and i already went to the social security office i just used my ead and birth certificate, they said i will get my card in 2 week's or I can go tomorrow and get a print out of the SS# I THINK I WILL DO THAT.:D:D:D

Congrats. You can remove "still waiting for EAD ..." from your signature now ;-)
 
Got the interview letters today, while the status online hadn't changed. Interview date: March 31, 2009. Wife and stepkids 3 different times, same day. Is this usual?

receive bio app,01/28/08

rfe sent cased placed on hold. 01/28/08
replied to rfe,02/02/2009
mail tracker shows package delivered 02/09/2008

no changes in lud yet showing packae received bit i-765 shows case received and pending.anyone has any thoughts and what i shud expect?

Generally EAD is coming 7-8 weeks after FP. So sit tight and do nothing.
 
I received my EAD card yesterday:). I was pleasantly surprised because I did not receive an e-mail,and my online status still says received and pending. My mom actually cried because she was so happy, I can't wait to see what she does when everything goes well and I receive the GC.
 
Everything comes in different order than I expected: IL couple of weeks ago, EAD today. ID is only weeks away and no APs yet.
