December - 2004 CSC Trackers - Concurrent Filing

I have update on mine.

EB3 filing (effected by retrogression)
Filed I140/485/EAD/AP Dec 22
Received Notice Dec 28

EAD Approoved : Jan 24 (self and spouse)
AP Approoved : Jan 25 (Self and spouse)

Received EAD by mail : Feb 2
My lawyer received AP by mail : Feb 2 (he is sending it to me)

why would the lawyer receive the AP and I get the EAD directly from the INS?

Have u received ur EAD. Your post mentions that ur spouse received and u have not yet received.
I am in the same boat. My husband received his EAD approval on 17th Feb and mine no updates yet. Please ur post ur updates please.

Got approvals through email for AP and EAD for me and my wife.Waiting for regular mail.

Hi Shyla,

I assume you meant to address this question to me, there is still no change in the status of EAD for me, the LUD still shows the status - "Receipts has been sent etc". I think there has been other cases like this also no hoping that there will not be any complexity and it will just turn out to be a short delay.

Fingerprints / Biometrics

Has anyone else had TWO sets of notices for fingerprints?

I got one for a "Biometrics" appointment 3/25/05, then two days later I got another letter asking for my "Fingerprints" to be taken on 3/11/05.

My lawyer says she hasn't heard of that before, since as far as she knows they're the same thing. Both apointments are in San Francisco, maybe they're trying something new?

So I'll go along next week and try and get it all taken care of in one hit. I'll let you know how it goes.

I heard there is a new procedure for FP in which biometrics is included.
Anybody receive the 2nd FP for biometrics?

Biometrics Update

I got update on my case. I got my Biometrics and Fingerprinting Notification a few days back. Here are my details.

LUD Changed : Apr 8

My fingerprinting appointment is on May 17th.

LUD on 04/22 for 485, No change on I140

Hi All,

Just saw LUD on I485 for me and wife but did not see any update on 140.

Dec 15th I140 and I485 (EB2) got approved

My I140 and I485 and spouse I485 got approved on 13th. Cause status has been updated today morning. I wish good lock to everyone.

Cause details:
Labor filed on 07/18/2001
Labor approved on 10/30/2004

I140 and I485 (EB2)send on 12/8/2004 and Notification date is 12/15/2004

Finger prints on 01/08/2005.
EAD/AP approved on 2/15/2005 and 2/16/2005

LUD on I140: 12/16/2004 and 5/16/2005. No LUD in between initial and approval LUD. Approved on 13th May. LUD on 5/16/2005.

LUD on 485 (for me and wife): LUD on 12/16/2004, 1/12/2005 (Received fingerprint results), 04/18/2005 (No change of message) and 05/16/2005 (approved)
 
No LUD on 485 even after I140 approval

I'll appreciate some input from more knowlegdable ones - my PD is 04/01, ND for EAD, 140&485 in Dec 04, FP in 01/05 and approvals on EAD and 140 in March, 05 but since then no LUD on 485?? is this okay, should i call? USCIS site says they are processing Jan 05 cases?? any thoughts?
