Hello Guys,
Please share experience and status of your case if it falls I-485 RD in December 2004. I think this is the right time for us to see how the retrogression and approvals effecting our cases and chances of our cases getting approvals....What do you think???

Can you call VSC with Dec RD ....just curious because our date hasn't crossed the official posted date

Dec 5th, 2003 is my 485 RD

Concurrent processing 140/485/AP/EAD Dec 2003.

Summary:
1st EAD/AP 03/2004.
FP done 9/11/2004
1st LUD change for 485 on 11/15/2004
2nd EAD/AP 12/2004
140 approved Jan 9th, 2005
2nd LUD change for 485 on 02/01/2005

There are quite a few colleagues of mine who applied for 140/485 both before my RD dates and after my RD dates who have their GC now all approved in the span of last 2-3 months.

I guess we need to continue to exhibit our patience.

I see the new update processing date for I-485 processing moved to Jan 29, 2004 (about 3 months movement in 2 weeks :cool: ). Any readings and analysis friends :rolleyes: .

Waiting :confused:
 
Nov17 '03 still waiting..

EAD/AP/140/485 RD = 11/17/03 and now the website says current date processing is 1/29/04.
How does one go ahead and call VSC or initiate an inquiry into whats going on?
My case status says that on 27th Oct'04 FP was recived from FBI and processing has resumed. Will inform you of further action, the usual .. you know..
What to do? SHow me some light?

Mine is no change.... looks like no body in this thread has some news??
Did anybody's LUD changed or something happened???
 
I got emails from uscis website on friday 03/11/05, yes my I-485 got approved.

Labor PD 10/2001 (EB3)
Approved date 11/2003
I-140 & I-485 Nd 12/03/2003
I-140 AD 02/07/2005
I-485- AD 03/11/2005

Called VSC, they said name check was cleared. Called again and they said name check is not cleared. :confused: What to believe?
