As per the spreadsheet, only 20% of cases filed in Dec are approved so far. How does this justify their moving the processing date to Jan 2004? People, please voice your concern here, so that Mr. Khanna can ask about processing procedures in the deposition hearing.

This is amazing. The date has moved to Feb 28, 2004 and still 50% of December 2003 are pending. What is going on at VSC?
