December 2001 case approved!!!

Dec'01 case approved mid-day March 22nd!!!

It's my turn to say APPROVED as per on-line and telephone messages. The case was approved yesterday, March 22nd. My RFE was 7 moths ago on employment.

I also want to let you know that my on-line message changed around lunch time. I checked my case in the morning and it had the same old boring message that they received my RFE response in August. I checked it a few hours later and the message changed! I almost fell out of my chair!

Same thing happened to me for online message, it did not change in the morning, it changed in the afternoon.

May be online messages is updated around 10-11 AM EST

I can't say for sure, but I dout it, because the inquiry was just sent by a congressman a few days ago and as far as I know, there was no response yet. I also applied for another AP, so one can speculate that that might have helped. Who knows! My feeling is -- it was just my turn in the queue, becuase my name check was completed on March 8th (it's a Women's holiday in Russia!).
