Called IIO about a week ago to confirm the receipt of FP. Was told that they were processing 11/15 cases and check back in a month (standard response). I-140 was approved for CP. So keeping my fingers crossed and waiting for the golden words

This is my theory for Jan2001 approvals....just a WILD GUESS

If you notice all the Jan approvals were done before the audit week. So maybe it is for INS to show that they are procesing Jan cases.I have seen 2-3 apporvals and one case of RFE for Jan.The funny part 80% of december guys are still waiting.
