December '02 485/AP/EAD MD/RD Tracking

Specify if your case is concurrent case or not

Did you file I-140/I-485 concurrently or ?

I see that the pace of EAD approvals for concurrent filers is slow compared with EAD renewals. Hence the suggestion.

Hi raj19200,

Did you file your 140/485 concurrently or was 485 filed after 140 approval. Also can you pass us the first 9 digits of your EAC number so that we can understand where things are in VSC.

EAD:when i checked the status online it says
your application is approved on Jan 21/2003,we ordered a new card for you
we will mail you as soon as it is ready.

But i didn't get anything till now.

Does anybody know how long does it take to get the card

Hi

I am new to this forum. I would like to know some info. My case was filed in EB3 RIR category. Is the processing times are different for EB2 and EB3 in reagards to getting EAD.
I am in bad need of EAD becuase for my spouse 6 year visa is coming up and after that we are hoping for EAD. IF we don't get EAD in time what should we do?.

Hi Raj,
One question: when did you received your EAD Card?. Mine was approved on Feb12,2003. Just wanted to estimate the timeline based on your answer.

Something is wrong with INS...

I had yet not recieved my EAD card, I called IIO and he told me they are runnung 2 weeks behind schedule, Still waiting.

As of FP, I had done my FP in Texas, I just walked in and got my FP done. We don't need to call them as the office bearers are sitting Idle.

One funny thing I found was regarding my AP, I got the approval notice and AP copy 1 week back, when I was talking to IIO he was not aware of it, he is saying its still in process. When I informed him about the approval he was surprised... ? Don't know if they are really updating the web site or not. Thye updated my FP approved immediatly.

Hope I get my EAD card sooner.

EAD approval & got receipts for finger printing

Hi everybody,

Just saw online that my EAD is approved yesterday and few days back got my finger print notice too. It's sceduled for march 11th.
