Did any one recevied EAC#'s for 485/AP/EAD petitions? I applied in Dec'02, INS Received courier on Dec 11 '2002.

Please post with MD, RD and ND for Nov and Dec applicants

How much time it is taking for get recipts now a days from VSC?

What is going on? I am just worried it is almost month passed, nothing heared from them. Did any body contacted VSC or any of your attoreny called them?. pelase post ur inputs here. :confused:

Hi, MD : 12/24/02 for 765/131/485

My lawyer called INS (VSC) on the 01/15/03. At that time they said they had cases from NOV also, for which they were generating receipts. But they also said that they are allocating extra resources to address the backlog of generating receipts and they expect to be current in about 2-3 weeks (this was on 01/15).

So my lawyer said we should wait for 3 weeks and then he would call if we do not hear before that. Hope we will not have to do that.

I applied for 485, AP and EAD in dec, RD dec11th
today got receipt for 485 and AP-jan16th but not for EAD and also no mention about FP. is anyone in same situation? pl post is anyone in the same boat. my EB1-OR is still pending since may??

has mailed my 485/EAD/AP on Jan 6th i didnot receive any
receipts yet, i am a bit worried but one of the posting in this thread says his attorney contacted and they replied to say VSC will add extra resources for making receipts,

ND : 1/21/2003

Waiting for the approvals of EAD and AP.

Anyone in the same boat?

these days getting receipts itself is an acheivement.
i have a question, you received your receipts after a month or so,
waht did your online message say
is it saying the received date as jan/20 or dec/20

My lawyer recd the receipts on Jan. 29th
