Gurus,

Since NSC has started moving its a.. and currently working on Oct-Nov 03 petitions, I hope our time is just around the corner.

Please start updating this thread with DEC03 approvals.

I think it might take another 2 months for NSC to work on Dec cases.
Here is my info

140 ND ---12/15/03 .....waiting
485 ND ---- 12/15/03.....waiting

1st EAD AD- 01/23/04
1st AP AD- 01/23/04

2nd EAD AD- 11/27/04
2nd AP AD- 12/02/04
 
Another December filer

Concurrent EB-3, receipt data Dec 12th.

I-140 status says just "Received Dec 12th 2003",
I-485 status says "results of your fingerprint review ... were received, and processing has resumed on your case"

Got second EAD two month ago, second AP today (got notified by lawer, but did not receive the papers yet).

Have you noticed any movement in LUD of I-140?

Have you seen any Dec 03 approval? Please post the info.

Question to all gurus,

Since there are few unlucky Nov 03 filers, when INS will start working on Dec 03? Any guesstimate.

NSC I 140 Approved

My I 140 was approved after a long time - on the 14th month. I received the email on Saturday Jan 22,2004 12:00AM. Please find my details below;

Priority Date : Oct 2002
I-140/485/131/765 RD: Dec 8, 2003. ND Dec 10, 2003

EAD1: AD 19Jan2004
AP: AD 19Jan2004

FP: May 8, 2004

EAD2: ND:Nov 4, 2004 AP:Jan 18, 2005

I 485 LUD changed on Nov4, 2004 for Change of address, and then for three days Nov 8, 9 & 10.

EAD2 LUD changed only after approval on Jan 18, 2005.

I 140 LUD changed only after approval on Jan 22, 2005 and again today after an update on the EAD2 message ( that a approval notice for EAD has been sent)

I485 - No change.

I wish those waiting on the line all the very best and you are closer than you think.

Can you tell whether LUD changed number of times before approval of I-140?

Well, I am going to sit tight till my I-140 is approved. Is it really going to be approved? unbelivable.

Hi All!
I just wanted to share this great news that, my I-140 has just got approved. The details are:
I-140 AND 485 both filed concurently on Dec 24th 2003.
I-140 approved on Jan 24th 2005.
FP. Done on 06/15/04
