friends,
got an email on friday saying that my case has been approved!
spouse's case had LUD but no status change yet.
its been a long journey. i hope that soon i will get back to my
normal cheerful confident self from the pre-GC days :)
hope this journey ends soon with news of spouse's approval as well..

would like to thank rajiv khanna for this invaluable resource, and
to all the folks who participate so actively. special thanks to

First of all Congrats !!

This stuff is really serious ... someone has to owe you for all the mess they made up. This is really bad and depicts the way they handle all or some of the immigrants data. :mad:

Anyway hope we all don't have to really wait this long ... :confused:

sammyboy, i hope things work out with ur rfe. fienstein is the senator and lee is the congress rep for oakland i think. i once replied to you here abt info on senator/congress rep. with congress rep you can only go to the person representing ur district.. if u goto a different rep they will first direct u to the district that u fall under.. my 2c is to pick between senators and ur congress rep after looking at their records, and stick with one because apparently they dont like parallel inquiries.

yesterday i got approval notice by mail (via lawyer)..
today i got LUD and a dozen emails (!!) saying card has been ordered.
now its really moving.
wonder when i shud start worrying/inquiring abt spouse's approval.. :confused:

question for bladerunner:

Hey why did your spouse need FP? dont they have it? Dont they just process the card and send it out?

Very glad to know your good news. This really sheds some light to our oldtimers. My case is even older than yours. But, it is still .....

looks like ur nc cleared.. that is the biggest hurdle for the 02-03 filers i think..
