Someone on this forum showed the break down of EAC number and it really worked for me.
According to that genius, 12/13/2002 ND should have EAC no. as EAC-02-062 and for each working day add 1 to 062 to get your first few digits of EAC number.
for eg:
1) BadKarma's ND is 12/15/2002 so his EAC no. should start with EAC-02-064(EAC-02-062+2) and it is!
2)frantic's ND is 12/28/01 so his EAC should start with EAC-02-072(EAC-02-062+10 ) and it is!(u can count the number of working days between 13the Dec and 28th)
so accordingly Vinnu's ND is : 12/20/2001 and his EAC should be EAC-02-062+5 = EAC-02-067 and not EAC-02-077
