Me too. I'm WAC02081XXXXX.
I also notice that there is no such number's case get approved in Kashmir's weekly result report. It make me a bit scare because of the old story about shreding immigration paper some time back and the report.

Wac 02-057 still waiting for 2nd FP and RFE

Husband called BCIS 1-800 number twice today. Different
persons answered and both were nice (and honest, ?). We
concluded from their answers that anything we do may be
just helpless.

They didn't even bother asking our case number. We were given
FAX number and mail address where we can send our complaints
to. But the BCIS officers have the right to decide if any actions
are to be taken, or inquiry simply be ignored, they said.

However, they both said that for those cases apllied on or earlier
than the JIT date, inquires are supposed to be processed and
answered.
