824 ND - 11/14/01
824 AD - 12/17/01

Waiting for NVC to create case and mail PK3
 
AD Dec 6th..waiting for NVC to create a case

824 AD: Dec 6th
NVC recvd case on Dec 11th
Still havent created a case

Do we have to wait for NVC to send the pk3? Or can we send the pk3 once we know that NVC created a case number? Where can we download pk3 on the web?
 
Spoke to NVC

Today I spoke to NVC and they have given me case number.
BTW. my I-140 approved on Dec 7.
Lets track here.
Also they said that procedure has been changed.
After receiving packet III I have to send it to Misouri with appl fees and they will send it to NVC and NVC will send it to consulate.
Please shed some light regd. this if you know.

Still waiting. Checked AVM says that they have no info on my case.

What is the recipt number for the AVM message. I entered the EAC number which I had for the I140. is that correct or is there a different recipt number.

I824 approved on Nv 30, NVC case not created yset!

Nov 30, I824 approved. NVC case not created yet.

deset boy, for your question, if you chose CP in i140,
that EAC# should be the number.

My I-140 was approved on Dec 7th. Lawyer said it was for CP. But NVC message plays my case can\'t be found. Any body with approval in Dec have your case in NVC?
