or Even then you got the RFE?
Seems they are checking whether you are currently working or not.
Seems you have to provide all wrt to now
 
Pavan.... Not sure what will INS ask for at 485 stage

We are not sure what INS will ask during the 485 stage. This depends on the officer at INS. If he/she is in a good mood ..our 485 will be approved even with out signatures (I know a case). If he/she is in a normal mood then the first thing they would do is to request for more info. When I filed for my 485 I made real sure that my attorney included W2 and tax returns for one year. But now I got an RFE asking for the same again (ofcourse they wanted employment letter also). So there is no policy on RFEs.

Also blast k .... I am sure that your attorney/company should have received your RFE by now. Call INS at VSC and talk to them. They might be able to help you and give you info about the RFE. Try talking to them. Good luck.
 
It says employment letter from the sponsoring company.

So, I guess if I changed jobs using the 180 day rule, I will have to submit the letter from my current employer with job title and description.

RFE ISSUED ON OCT.15th.
RFE RECEIVED ON OCT.19th.
RFE REPLIED ON OCT.23th.

RFE issued 10/15, received 10/22, replied 10/23, received at INS 10/29 as per AVN. Waiting for approval.
