Dec Processing Dates

Why do you care? These processing dates are nothing but a pile of horse manure. The only good they do is you can open a SR and officially start whining about you case delay once it's outside processing dates. E.g. my case is outside processing dates by 1 year with no end in site, so I just LOL when I see 6 months as I-485 processing dates at TSC.
 
Are you from Iran/Syria/Iraq? Asking just because of the namecheck thing:(

My concern is I filed only in Oct and I don't even think ebout 485, I am hoping for I140 and I really need my AP so that I can leave the states !!! and in the last couple of months the AP is not moving.... from Oct to Nov processing time it moved from July2nd to July 3rd

Any idea of AP and I140????
 
Nope, I am not from one of those countries, but rather from Russia. I've seen folks from Iran been approved in 6 months, so go figure.

Call 1-800 number. My friend called last week to expediate the AP. They approved within two days

One way to contact an Immigration Office is call up the Service center:

Dial: 1-800-375-5283
then press Options 1 --> 2 --> 2 --> 6 --> 1 -->
Enter Your Receipt#
then press Options 1 --> 3 --> 4

This will directly connect Speak to IO and you ask him/her whatever questions, which you might have.

Just one more question, My RD is Nov 7th and I am hoping that I can travel end of Feb, When do you think i should start contacting them.

One more question, Would it be ok if I travel with my AP without I140 approved

I guess it would be okay to travel. AP is given when AOS is pending (i.e. your I-140 and I-485)

I guess you can call up the IO anytime. I don't think there is any time-frame for that? Is your AP outside the processing time? Check on the USCIS website.
 
No, Actually the processing date in on July 3rd and My AP is filed in Nov, so I was wondering if I still can call them and ask them to expedite it or I can't
 
I dont think you can ask them to expedite the case..if thats so, then everyone will be calling that number to get approvals.
