in feb only EAD was approved.

Could u please post ur state of residence, EB catgy? Anything special about ur case? Age out etc ....

not a age out case. did fp in april'02. applied for ead renewel and was approved on feb 10th'03. was working on h1.

state : NJ EB2.

all Dec'2001 filers. Maybe BCIS is doing Oct-Nov-Dec in parallel.

What do you say, guys? I hope this is not a stray case but the start of Dec'2001 approvals.
