Finger Print Notice

Hi Guys!!!
If any body recieve the Finger print Notice who filed their cases on Dec 30 2004.

Please update the case progress once u start recieving the FP notices.

For the last 3-4 days there hasn't been any major postings in the CSC I-140 issues message boards. Have things come to a stand-still or is everyone busy with their next stage(s) of GC?

Just wanted to activate the board. I haven't yet received my FP Notice.

No FP notice yet :( RD is Dec.30, 04 and ND is Jan.14, 05. Will update the forum immediately after I get the notice. BTW, I am in the LA area.

I am still waiting for my FP notice. we both are in the same boat.

I140 - Jul/04
1485 - RD 12/30/04, ND 01/12/05, FP ??

FP: 02/16/05

Hang in there guys...Looks like they are processing FPs etc pretty fast.

I received an email update saying that they have mailed the FP notice.

Appointment Date : 17FEB2005
Location : Bay Area

But I have not yet received any of the receipts.
 
You don't receive the notices directly from USCIS. Your layer receives them. Contact your lawyer, they should have it.

Is your appt in SJ?

My HR department says that the lawyer has not received the receipts yet !!!

And yes, my appointment is in SJ.

Either your hr is lying or your notices have been lost in mail. I believe your hr is lying as they do not want to reveal it to you. Even my company tries to hide these.

If you have paid the fees, then you can get the WAC numbers from the back of your cheque. When the cheque is encashed, they will enter the WAC numbers on the back. Most banks scan the copy of cheque when its encashed. Please verify.

Else i do not have any ideas. I had to go to my VP to get some details of my case....

and what does it say on FP notice let me know bcoz i got confuesd when i got my FP notice and i see the PD on FP as 30 DEc 2004 .
but origibal PD was Feb 2001.

The PD of the labor used is Sep 2001. My FP Notice says PD as 30DEC2004.
But I have seen lots of posts in various threads that the real PD you will come to know at the time of I-140 approval.

I got some of my receipt numbers from the copies of checks.
The notice date on that is 14JAN2005.

Good that you got your receipt #s. If you got your FP notice with PD, there is nothing to worry about.

Anyway, I guess either your lawyer or your HR is slack and you need to make sure that you fix it up since in future you might miss important letters from USCIS.

hi friends,

i am new to this thread. i want to share my bad experience with u guys. our applications are also delivered on 30th dec but applications are sent back because of lawyer's irresponsibility( he forgot to include the check for I-140) . so it came back by the end of jan so we applied for I-140 alone on feb 2nd. my husband is working with concio corp. located in santaclara,CA. they told that there are four guys who sent the applications on the same day i.e, dec 30th. so i would like to contact them because now a days some companies are substituting same labour for more than one.
so if anybody in this forum from concio. if so please reply.
