Appointment at 9:15....Finished entire CP process by 12:00Pm

They asked for ORIGINALS of following documents..

1. Marriage Certificate
2. Police clearance
3. Form 9003
4. Notarised Employment Letter
5. Birth certificate
 
 Took oath and returned Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificate
 and kept the rest.

At 12 Pm I go my packet and POE was MONTREAL DORVAL withing 20 Min got
my I-551 stamp and was on my way to Dallas at 2 Pm flight.

NOTE: I checked both the B and C interview cube entered "C" by mistake..?
GOOD NEWS IS THERE IS NO BEARDED GUY..?

"B" cube is a polite lady and "C" cube is a clean shave polite Gentleman.

I stayed at DELTA CENTREVILLE 10 MIN from TONY studio and Embassy.
and in middle of OLD MONTREAL and NEW MONTREAL..

Took Taxi tomove around as it was snowing cost total Can $28 from Airport to any Downtown Hotel.. EATON is a cheap place to shop..my wife went crazy
shopping for Brity Spear colorful sweater..? don\'t miss it..?

Note: I heard from my cousin he got his GC card in mail in 20 days..?

Overall the procedure quick and simple..? but I had stress till the POE..

 they will provide you..? I have seen some folk filling it up at the
 enbassy..?

They did not ask me I-134.. since my wife was not on my petitions

she is on J1 visa and had to abide 2 yrs on Home Residency Rule..?
Poor souls. I felt sad for her..?
 
POLICE CERTIFICATE

YOU SAID THEY ASKED YOU FOR THE ORIGINAL POLICE CERTIFICATE. DID YOU NOT SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL POLICE CERTIFICATE TO NVC?? . I SUBMITTED MINE AND I JUST HAVE THE COPIES??. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THEY INISISTED ON THE ORIGINALS

If you submitted the original with your Pkt 3 then it should be in your file at the consulate (take the copy with you, just in case). If you submitted a copy with your Pkt 3 then you need to take the original with you to the interview.

I had submitted photo copies of all documents to NVC as per my lawyer.

If you submitted original that it would be forwarded by NVC to consulate..
