Hello Everyone,

Finally got the emails yesterday. Been waiting gor them almost a year and very desperately from laet 4-5 months when every one not only around my date but people who filed after 1 to 2 years also started getting approved. The only good part of the whole process was NO RFE at any stage.

It was a long journey that started in 2000 when I filed my labor. Got approved in 2001 but then the Attorney disappeared completely. Hired another attorney, got duplicated labor from Atlanta office and filed Concurrent I40 & I485 in Nov. 2002. I will post all the details underneath.

I have been active surfer to this forum and will always be. This forum is great and lot of thanks to Mr. Rajiv Khanna all the moderators, volunteers and all the members like you and me who keep this forum alive.
We all should do whatever in our capacity to keep this forum alive because this is the place which has members like POJ, Ginnu and 100's of them who give you all the hope and motivation when you start loosing hope in the system .
I have gone through mutiple H1, 2 EAD, 2 Advance Parole, loosing passport, Canadian immigration and finally GC in last 7 years I have been in US. So members feel free to ask me anything, I can help with.

EB3- INDIA
Labor Filed - Mid 2000.
Labor approved- Mid of 2001.
I 140 & I 1485 filed - Nov. 2002
Rd- Dec 5th 2002.
First FP for myself- Jan 2003. ( No notice for my wife)
I140 Approved- June 2003.
First FP for my wife- Dec. 23rd 2004. ( I went along with her for my 2nd FP without any notice)
LUD Changed- Jan 3rd 2005. (FP receieved and processing resumed......)
First Inquiry- March 2005. (No reply)
Second Inquiry-April 2005. (Got the standard letter, procesing.........)
Finally Approval Email- May 13th 2005.
NO RFE in the whole case.

I was there in 2003 and went theere ....umm what was name...... hnan 'Mirch Masala', and 'Charin'?? I believe grocery store,
and if God wish would visit soon too. :D
