It is not too early the trend dhows now RFE is being issued to Sept Oct 2002 RD, so You should expect some movement atleast in next 1-2 months hopefully. Mine is before Dec 2002. Honey

Finger Prints done on : 02/01/2003.
No update on the website for more than an Year, No update with regards to finger Prints... Hopefully we will get ours in Dec2004, just guessing, you never know what INS is capable of...

My lawyer told me that a few of his customers who filed in Oct. 2002 have got RFEs recently. But some of Feb.and Mar. filers have not been approved. Strange!

Hopefully something will happen to us soon. God bless every one who has this suffering...
