I hope Dec approvals will start with in two weeks. Let's count how many are actively waiting on this board.

Things were happening at a great speed till April-May... Thought we'll be GC holders by August-Sept. Well, that's not happening!
Soon we'll be renewing EAD and AP (lawyer suggested - don't know how long it'll take for renewal during holidays)

Hope VSC expedites the processing !!!

rolling. There is hardly any Nov movement yet. Hope that happens soon(in the next 10 days). Yeah, waiting eagerly:rolleyes:

I do believe Dec. 2001 case will be processed in the first two weeks of this Dec. My RD: Dec.3,2001. But let's hope.

waiting, but not that desperately

since its not in our hands anyways.

Hope all the backlog from June clears up along with some current months' cases.
 
November should start in 2 weeks. Generally the new month starts after the previous one reached 40-45% (Oct-01).

I don't see December starting until January as that is when November should reach the 40-45% threshold. That is unless they start in parallel from the get-go.
 
Things will slow down again for Thanksgiving.

Count me in ...

Me thinks bulk of Dec cases will get picked up in Jan 2003, after INS had their Turkey and Xmas/New Year holidays.

This wait is killing me ... do we have an option? NO ... just have to hang in there. There are scary RFE's and denials out there. How much more do we have to take??

Anyway, let us be optimistic and leave it in the hands of the almighty (INS in this case??)
